REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS

• An active monday.com account with permission to create items on at least one board
• Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise account
• Outlook on the web, new Outlook on Windows, or classic Outlook on Windows (Microsoft 365, Version 2307 or later). Outlook on Mac and Outlook on mobile are not supported.
• Internet connectivity for the monday.com API and AI processing
• A free trial is included; after the trial, an active subscription is required to keep creating items. Billing is handled by monday.com.
