SkillPrism AI Agent, part of the Prismforce Talent Supply Chain Management Platform, empowers enterprises to seamlessly interact using natural language and interactive cards. These tools are designed to be accessible as both a native app in Microsoft Teams and within Microsoft 365 CoPilot.

In Microsoft Teams, the SkillPrism AI Agent enables users to access critical workflows and key insights via interactive cards. It proactively identifies when it's time to update your resume or skill profile, prompting you with actionable cards—allowing you to take immediate action without leaving Microsoft Teams. It utilizes AI-powered natural language understanding to interpret user messages and intent. When you type a query, AI helps decipher its meaning to provide the most relevant response, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience.

Within Microsoft 365 CoPilot, the SkillPrism AI Agent enhances your experience across Microsoft 365 applications like Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. It allows for seamless integration of intelligent search functionality to find the best resources based on skills, practices, and designations.

• Keep your Profile Updated: Effortlessly update your latest resume and skill information directly using actionable cards.
• Search for Best Matching Users: Simply ask, “Who knows both JavaScript and AngularJS in my team?”.

Access Requirements

To use the SkillPrism AI Agent, your organization must have an enterprise license for SkillPrism within the Prismforce Suite.
