Microsoft Defender Experts delivers managed hunting, detection, and response services that complement Microsoft 365 Defender. This app in Microsoft Teams enables security teams to receive notifications and collaborate with defender experts analysts during active investigations.

With this app, you can:

- Receive proactive hunting notifications across your environment (Defender Experts Hunting only)

- Engage with Defender Experts during critical incident response scenarios (Defender Experts MDR only)

- Track and respond to managed response activities directly within Microsoft Teams (Defender Experts MDR only)

Requirements:

- In order to use this app, you need to have a Defender Experts active license

- Defender Experts MDR is required for managed response scenarios
