Coachello is 1:1 AI powered coaching in Microsoft Teams. Coachello combines two products in one platform:

AI Roleplays

Enable employees and managers to practice real workplace conversations in a safe, realistic environment. Coachello’s AI avatar roleplays programs identify the learner’s needs (skill gaps) and dynamically creates a program to help them train on these skill gaps, from giving feedback and managing conflict to influencing stakeholders, handling cross-cultural situations, and stepping into bigger leadership roles.

Digital Human Coaching

Give employees access to experienced ICF certified coaches embedded in their working environment. Participants can complete assessments, choose the right coach, book sessions, and continue their development journey without leaving their work environment. Hybrid AI coaching is possible when enabling AI coaching and role-plays between human sessions.

Are you available in my country?

Coachello is available to all forward-thinking companies around the globe. Coachello’s headquarter is based in Paris, France.

How does it work?

Our clients will grant permission to all or a selection of users within their organization. These users can use their single sign-on (SSO) to access the application and its functionalities. If a user doesn't need permission from its organization to download the application they can do so but they can't book coaching sessions until Coachello has granted them credits to book sessions.
