Get real time status & configuration from the Prisma SD-WAN Elcapitan region
The Prisma SD-WAN (Elcapitan) Chatbot Application provides access to real time information from the Prisma SD-WAN network via the Microsoft Teams application. The Chatbot establishes a direct channel to communicate with the Prisma SD-WAN controller in Elcapitan region. This integration is enabled via the Prisma SD-WAN CloudBlade infrastructure.
Getting Started:
- Create an Azure Group and copy the group ID (object ID)
- Login to the Prisma SD-WAN Controller and go to the CloudBlades tab
- Search for Chatbot - Microsoft Teams and click configure
- Configure the Azure group ID and install the Chatbot - Microsoft Teams CloudBlade. Access to the Bot is controlled by the Azure Group IDs configured on the Chatbot Microsoft Teams CloudBlade.
Once enabled and installed in a channel on Microsoft Teams, users can access real-time information on site and device configuration, site health, inventory information, events, and network metrics such as bandwidth utilization, application health, and application performance.
