Perfony for Outlook - manage your tasks easily!

How many decisions made in meetings or buried in emails are actually followed through? Perfony for Outlook connects your mailbox to Perfony, the collaborative platform where every action has an owner, a due date and a follow-up. Nothing that was agreed gets lost in an inbox anymore.

From the Perfony icon in your ribbon:

• Turn any email into a team action in one click — subject and content are captured automatically: the request becomes a commitment, with an owner and a deadline

• Attach the action to the right folder with a priority, a due date, an owner and contributors — everyone knows who does what, by when

• View your actions and your teams', always up to date — your priorities at a glance, without leaving your mailbox

• Reply to comments on your actions from Outlook — the discussion stays attached to the work, not scattered across email threads

• With the pane open, send an invitation: the meeting is created in Perfony with its subject, attendees, date and time — prepared before it has even started (available on Outlook for Windows)

Data hosted in France. Setup takes one minute: enter your Perfony credentials on first launch, pin the pane, and you are ready.

Automatic activation (LaunchEvents)

Perfony for Outlook uses event-based activation (LaunchEvents): the add-in is automatically activated when you open an email, in order to prepare the creation of an action. In this context, it reads the subject, the body, the sender and the recipients of the message. No information is inserted, modified or deleted in your emails. This data is sent to Perfony only if you choose to create an action from the side pane.

Alerts when sending a meeting invitation (Smart Alerts)

Perfony for Outlook uses Smart Alerts on the appointment send event (OnAppointmentSend). When the Perfony pane is open and you click Send on a meeting invitation — never for a regular email — the meeting is automatically synchronised into Perfony and the invitation is sent as usual. The information sent to Perfony is the meeting subject, its date, its time and the list of attendees. No information is inserted or modified in the invitation received by your attendees. This feature is currently available on Outlook for Windows. All other add-in features are available on all supported Outlook platforms.
