Starteryou WBL Platform
بواسطة Starteryou
The infrastructure school districts use to place, track, and report on work-based learning at scale.
Starteryou is a full-service partner for K-12 school districts building work-based learning (WBL) and CTE programming, not just a tracking tool. While our platform digitizes placement, hour logging, evaluations, and compliance reporting, our team also goes out and builds the employer ecosystem directly: developing relationships with chambers of commerce, workforce boards, and industry associations so districts don't have to build employer relationships from scratch.
Most WBL and CTE programs are bottlenecked not by software, but by the sheer effort of finding and vetting employers willing to take on student cohorts year over year. Starteryou solves that directly. Districts that partner with us typically go from a handful of employer relationships built manually over months to dozens built by our team in weeks, then get the infrastructure to run, track, and scale that program indefinitely.
For districts, that means: a real employer pipeline built and maintained on their behalf, a single dashboard covering every student, placement, and evaluation, and compliance reporting aligned to Perkins V and state-specific WBL requirements, ready to export whenever the district needs to justify funding or report to the board.
Starteryou currently partners with public, private, and charter high schools across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California, acting as an extension of each district's own staff rather than a self-serve product they have to operate alone.
