The product is designed for regulated facilities, defense-adjacent organizations, ITAR and EAR environments, CMMC Level 2 candidates, contractor access programs, sensitive visitor review, and foreign national access workflows. It helps teams move access decisions out of spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected approval chains into one structured review process.
SecurePoint Regulated Access supports structured request intake, host and site selection, access scope capture, document handling, reviewer queues, information requests, approval and denial workflows, match resolution, audit-focused records, and evidence exports. The workflow is built around four core questions: who is requesting access, why access is needed, what scope is being requested, and what evidence exists after the decision.
The product is not basic visitor sign-in software. It is focused on the access decision before entry or access is granted. Teams can use it to review contractor access, foreign national access, controlled facility entry, sensitive visitor review, and compliance-driven access approvals.

Production screening provider activation is configured only for approved pilot organizations. Federal authorization, agency-specific deployment boundaries, formal assessment packages, and customer-specific compliance mappings are scoped separately with each customer.
SecurePoint Regulated Access does not replace legal counsel, export-control determinations, federal authorization, or a customer's written compliance program. Customers remain responsible for final access decisions, legal review, policy ownership, and regulatory interpretation.
