EasySignOut is a digital sign-out system for organizations that share iPads between staff. It replaces paper logs, spreadsheets, and guesswork with a real-time tracking dashboard and a simple iOS app on each device.
Staff sign out an iPad in seconds — tap their name, enter a passcode, done. Admins open a browser and see every device's status across all sites: who has it, when they took it, and the full audit history.
Built for teams sharing 10 to 500 iPads in schools, clinics, warehouses, hospitality, and field operations. Each organization gets an isolated tenant with SSO login (Microsoft Entra ID / Google), multi-site support, and a complete audit trail.
This is not MDM. It does not deploy apps, enforce policies, or wipe devices. It does one thing well: track who has which iPad right now.
