SoloUno fills that gap: it supercharges therapy "homework" during treatment, works as a standalone self-help tool without it, and helps maintain progress after it ends.
How it works: you take on daily habit-free challenges - time-limited windows that start small and build up. Every completed challenge grows your habit-free streak. When the habit happens, you log it; when an urge arises, you meet it with a short mindfulness exercise instead of fighting it. Along the way, daily check-ins help you learn your patterns and track real progress over time.
