AI Dispatch

AI Dispatch is an Azure-based AI Agentic platform for manufacturers. It uses coordinated AI agents to normalize incoming work from IoT alerts, customer portals, email, phone, and preventive maintenance schedules; predict failure modes and required parts; recommend the best technician based on skills, certifications, location, availability, workload, SLA urgency, and parts-in-van; dynamically optimize routes as conditions change; predict SLA breaches before they happen; and capture outcome data to improve future decisions. The service integrates with existing FSM, ERP, HR, asset, telemetry, GIS, CRM, and communications systems. AI Dispatch is designed for human-in-the-loop governance, explainable recommendations, configurable autonomy levels, full audit trails, and deployment into the customer-controlled cloud environment.
