Power Platform CoE Impact Assessment: 5-day assessment

This 5-day Power Platform CoE Impact Assessment helps organisations understand the impact of the CoE Starter Kit transition to Power Platform Admin Centre (PPAC) and define a practical, evidence-based route forward. It is designed for organisations that already use, or have depended on, the CoE Starter Kit for inventory, reporting, admin processes, governance workflows, Power BI reporting or data collection.

Microsoft's investment has shifted towards Power Platform Admin Centre experiences. The CoE Starter Kit remains available, but is no longer actively maintained, so organisations need to understand which governance capabilities can be retired, which should move into native PPAC operating practices, which still require temporary CoE support, and which need to be rebuilt or extended.

During the assessment, WM Reply will review your current CoE Starter Kit usage, PPAC readiness and priority governance capability areas. The assessment focuses on the practical operating model decisions needed across inventory, usage and adoption insights, environment administration, Managed Environments, DLP policy management, ownership continuity, lifecycle governance, reporting, governance automation and historical visibility.
