 Restart all Services: 
$sudo su 
$sudo systemctl restart apache2
$sudo systemctl enable apache2
$sudo systemctl restart mariadb
$sudo systemctl enable mariadb

Verify Index File exists: $ls -lah /var/www/html/index.php
Verify Apache running : $systemctl status apache2 --no-pager
Verify PHP running : echo "" | sudo tee /var/www/html/test.php
