Pay-i Implementation Services: 3-month Program

The Pay-i Adoption Program onboards your organization onto the Pay-i platform and drives adoption across the enterprise in under 90 days. The program builds champions first, proves value quickly on your own data, then uses those results to drive adoption across the enterprise. HOW THE ENGAGEMENT RUNS The program moves through three stages:

1. Launch. We deploy Pay-i, build the rollout plan together, and identify the champions who will carry it forward.
2. Prove. We instrument your first use cases so your teams see their own data live, and land the quick wins that make the value concrete.
3. Scale. We bring the results to the broader organization and expand from the first use cases toward the full portfolio. WHAT THE WORK INCLUDES Business workstream:

• We build the rollout plan with you, identify the key stakeholders, and craft the messaging for internal communication.
• We train each role for its job: executives on interpreting the results, practitioners on the analytics, and engineers on acting on the insights.
• We help your champions share the early wins with the broader organization to build momentum. Technical workstream:
• Our DevOps team manages the deployment and configures Pay-i to work within your ecosystem.
• We train your initial engineers to instrument their own systems.
• We build the technical rollout plan that scales adoption beyond the first use cases. HOW PAY-I DEPLOYS Pay-i is a containerized application deployed into your own cloud environment. Your data stays in your tenant. An engineer can deploy Pay-i and have data flowing from an agent in roughly 20 minutes; each agent connects through a single line of instrumentation, the same way standard observability tooling integrates. The real work of the program is the governed rollout: sequencing teams, confirming KPIs and value policies per use case, and establishing the reporting cadence, and that is what this service delivers.
