The failure mode in business intelligence is not a missing chart; it is two dashboards showing different revenue numbers. This engagement starts by agreeing the metric definitions in writing, builds a single semantic model against them, and only then builds reports.

Duration: 6 weeks, delivered remotely.

Engagement phases: (1) Discovery - Process mapping with the owners of the process, inventory of the systems in scope, and definition of success criteria. (2) Design and configuration - Solution design signed off by your team, then configuration in a development environment. (3) Integration and data - Integration components built and data migrated from the source systems agreed in phase 1. (4) UAT - User acceptance testing against the success criteria, with defect resolution. (5) Training and go-live - Role-based training sessions, cutover and go-live support. (6) Stabilization - Post go-live stabilization window and handover to support.

What is included in this scope:

• Up to 4 data sources modeled into 1 shared semantic model.
• Up to 20 metric definitions agreed in writing and implemented as measures.
• Up to 6 reports with up to 24 pages in total.
• Row-level security configured for up to 5 roles.
• Workspace, deployment pipeline and refresh schedule configured.
• Up to 100 report consumers provisioned.
• Training: 2 consumer sessions plus 1 report-author session, all recorded.
• 2 weeks of post go-live stabilization.

What you receive:

1. The published reports and the shared semantic model in your tenant.
2. The .pbip or .pbix source files.
3. The written data dictionary with every metric definition.
4. The row-level security model, documented and tested.
5. The workspace, pipeline and refresh configuration.
6. Technical and end-user documentation, and recorded training per role.
7. A support handover plan and the backlog of items left out of scope, quantified.

Not included in this scope:

• Microsoft licenses, third-party software and infrastructure.
• Work on systems other than the ones listed in the scope above.
• Data cleansing beyond the agreed source format. Anything outside the scope above is quoted in writing and approved by you before it is built.
