Duration: 6 weeks, delivered remotely.

Engagement phases: (1) Discovery - Process mapping with the owners of the process, inventory of the systems in scope, and definition of success criteria. (2) Design and configuration - Solution design signed off by your team, then configuration in a development environment. (3) Integration and data - Integration components built and data migrated from the source systems agreed in phase 1. (4) UAT - User acceptance testing against the success criteria, with defect resolution. (5) Training and go-live - Role-based training sessions, cutover and go-live support. (6) Stabilization - Post go-live stabilization window and handover to support.

What is included in this scope:

• Up to 4 grounded knowledge sources connected and tuned.
• Up to 2 actions or flows the agent can execute against your systems.
• Human handoff configured to an agent queue or a support channel.
• Deployment to up to 2 channels (Teams, web, or voice).
• Accuracy tested against a written set of at least 100 real questions, with the baseline reported.
• Content moderation, authentication and data-loss-prevention policy configured.
• Training: 1 content-author session plus 1 administrator session, recorded.
• 2 weeks of post go-live stabilization.
