Genomics

Microsoft Genomics service provides a cloud hosted solution that makes it easy to variant call your genomic samples. The service takes in genomic samples as two paired end read fastq (.fq.gz) files and produces .bam, .bai, .vcf, along with the associated log files. The processing uses a BWA / GATK best practices pipeline where Microsoft has worked to improve the efficiency of both BWA and GATK producing results faster and with less overhead. With secondary analysis accomplished simply, consistently, and reliably, you are able to focus on the next stage of your analysis.
