What This Engagement Includes:

Production Foundation (Landing Zone Setup or Review) Establish or validate your Azure foundation for analytics workloads, including governance, security, and scalability guardrails.

Platform Deployment Deploy and configure Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Databricks aligned to your workload goals and operating model.

Modernization Execution (Choose Primary Motion):

• Migration & Modernization: Migrate existing data warehouse or analytics workloads to Azure
• New Analytics Use Case Enablement: Implement modern analytics patterns for a prioritized business use case

Enablement & Handover Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational guidance so your team can confidently operate and scale the platform.
