HAProxy

HAProxy is a high performance, open-source load balancer and reverse proxy designed to improve the availability, scalability, and reliability of applications. It efficiently distributes traffic across multiple servers at both the TCP (Layer 4) and HTTP (Layer 7) levels.

HAProxy Usage:

Enable and Start HAProxy: 
$ sudo su
$ cd /tmp
$ cd haproxy-3.4.4
$ sudo systemctl daemon-reload
$ sudo systemctl enable haproxy
$sudo systemctl start haproxy
#Check HAProxy status: $ sudo systemctl status haproxy --no-pager
#Check the installed version: $ haproxy -v

#Quick test:
$ sudo mkdir -p /tmp/haproxy-test
$ echo "HAProxy 3.4.4 backend is working!" | sudo tee /tmp/haproxy-test/index.html

$ cd /tmp/haproxy-test
$ sudo python3 -m http.server 8080 --bind 127.0.0.1

#Check on browser: $ http://your_server_IP
