APT-Cacher NG usage:

$ sudo su
$ systemctl status apt-cacher-ng
$ apt-cache policy apt-cacher-ng
$ dpkg -l | grep apt-cacher-ng
 
 Configure an Ubuntu client to use the cache:
$ nano /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01proxy
 
Add:

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://YOUR_SERVER_IP:3142";
 
Update the client package lists:

$ apt update
 
Access the APT-Cacher NG interface:
http://YOUR_SERVER_IP:3142
