Our three-week implementation focuses on delivering value quickly by launching the core modules available in Dynamics 365 Business Central including the manufacturing module. Your implementation will be carried out by a project manager, and a Dynamics 365 consultant from Incremental Group,

Agenda

Project Kick Off – Days 1-2

• Set out and agree on timescales, project processes, and outcomes, interview key staff to gather requirements
• Introduce data templates and migration process
• Detailed walkthrough of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Tenant Set-up – Days 2-3

• Set up Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant, access, and hosting
• Create user profiles in Dynamics 365 Business Central. All users role, license, and access requirements.

Data templates – Day 4

• Extract data from current systems
• Fields and entities matched for Business Central, full review, and cleaning of data.

Dynamics 365 Business Central set up – Days 4-12

• Import data from templates
• Carry out full data validation
• Set up Dynamics 365 Business Central and align with organisation
• Prepare environment for testing
• Set up core capability for: Finance, Stock Management, Manufacturing and CRM, including set up of Power BI reporting.

Review, testing and training – Days 10-12

• Joint review and test of system and data
• Super user training
• Testing process started with robust UAT.

User Familiarisation - Day 13

• Create example quotes, orders, invoices, and other documentation through Business Central
• Testing plan used to ensure all users know role-based processes.

Go live – Days 14-15

• Onsite and remote support during go live to ensure successful transfer
• Cover any additional training.

Deliverables

You will have Dynamics 365 Business Central with finance, stock management, CRM and manufacturing capability.
