Synchronize mission-critical data with seamless SQL replication for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
Data Mission: Sync replicates Dataverse, Business Central Online, and Salesforce data to Azure SQL (including SQL Managed Instance, On-premise SQL and Azure SQL) in your own tenant, refreshed hourly. Built for teams whose reports, SQL views, and downstream tools were designed to query SQL — without the cost or complexity of replication buried inside a larger data platform.
What lands in SQL is what makes Sync different:
- Schema fidelity — Original column and table names preserved. No _value suffixes on lookups, no plural table mangling.
- Sidecar columns — Lookup and option set friendly names land alongside their identifiers. No joins required.
- Polymorphic lookups — Customer and owner fields arrive with a _type column so you always know what they point to.
- Schema drift handled automatically — Source schema changes follow through to SQL instead of breaking the pipeline.
- Dataverse audit table sync — Raw audit entries replicated with changedata JSON parsed into queryable before-and-after rows.
- Full coverage — Standard tables, custom extensions, calculated and rollup fields, complex types, and deletes.
Security and control:
- Behind-firewall agent — Outbound-only connections to SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Managed Instance. No inbound ports, no public exposure.
- Static IPs to whitelist — Each region runs through a dedicated NAT gateway with a fixed IP for precise allow-listing.
- Customer-owned credentials — App registration in your own Entra tenant for Dataverse and Business Central, or a Connected App for Salesforce. You create, scope, and revoke.
- Flexible target authentication — Microsoft Entra or SQL Server Authentication, both first-class.
