What’s included in Fusion5 MuleSoft Migration as a Service The work is delivered in three phases by a single accountable Fusion5 squad. No vendor handoffs, no new faces halfway through.

Phase 1: Plan & Design, understand what you have today We scan your existing MuleSoft estate using the Fusion5 converter utility and produce a full inventory of every integration, API, connector, and dependency. You receive a complete picture of your current state, readable by your team as well as ours, together with a migration roadmap, effort estimates, and a target Azure architecture sized to your environment.

Phase 2: Migrate, translate to Azure Integration Services Using our converter solution, we automatically translate MuleSoft flows and APIs into their Azure equivalents, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid, following Microsoft’s reference architecture. Anything the tool cannot translate with full confidence is flagged for a Fusion5 engineer to handle, and nothing is silently guessed. We document both the current MuleSoft estate and the converted Azure estate, so your team can audit every step, prove the new platform behaves the same as the old one, and maintain it with confidence after go-live.

Phase 3: Cut over and operate, go live with confidence We run the cutover with you, including parallel running, reconciliation, and a controlled switch-over per integration domain. Once you’re live on Azure, Fusion5 stays alongside your team through hypercare and into managed support if you want it, so the platform is not handed over cold.
