Business Process Re-engineer will include enhancements, adjustments, or even changes to some business process and business models to be more efficient and utilized, such as:

• Reorganizing chart of account format to be more useful, utilized, and controlled according Finance department current and future needs by implementing the accounting Egyptian and international standards and divide chart into multiple segments.
• Use additional financial dimension for more analysis, management and control purposes, for example add contract as financial dimensions and use it in customer and vendor transactions and any other transaction which make additional tracking capability for contract data and extract profitability.
• Redesign / Restructure the fixed assets into multiple levels to add more capability for reporting, inquiries, controlling, and tracking either for financial data or technical data.
