Power Platform Center of Excellence: 2 Wk Implementation

Service includes workshops covering the Governance and Monitoring of Power Platform as well as the implementation of the tools required to nurture Power App makers to develop great applications. The Service is typically delivered over a two week period to include the installation and configuration of the Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit. The Service delivers the tooling and guidance for the successful and secure implementation of Microsoft Power Platform. •Prerequisites agreed (such as stakeholders, service accounts, licenses) • Day 1: Walk through of approach (governance, monitoring, and education) • Day 2: Toolkit install • Day 3/4: Minimum 12 hours interval for automation to complete • Day 5: Toolkit configuration • Day 6: Education • Day 7-11/12 Minimum 4 days interval for generation of meaningful analytics • Day 13: Nurture component configuration and system handover Price is based on scope of work
