HR Onboarding App on Microsoft Power Apps

Situation

HR in order to supports their new employee onboarding process will have to work with various supporting parties and stakeholders.  It can be challenging for some of these parties to support and maintain SLA accordingly across the various set up requirements such as phone, email, laptop, name cards, training, certification etc.

Solution

Determine the respective required business & system process. Build HR Onboarding App using Microsoft Power Apps solution to align to the desired process flow. Trigger using Power Automate notifications to the necessary teams (up to 10 teams)  and respective stakeholders at different stages of the business process.
