• Conditional Access policies protect sign-ins to Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, staged report-only before enforcement
• Privileged Identity Management and access reviews activate the Microsoft Entra ID P2 governance capabilities of your Microsoft 365 E5 or Entra ID P2 licensing
• Access reviews cover privileged roles and the guest accounts collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• The passwordless pilot enrolls Windows Hello for Business or FIDO2 keys through Microsoft Intune
• Progress is measured with Identity Secure Score in your Microsoft 365 tenant, so improvements stay visible where your team already works

• Week 1 - Design: baseline framework workshop, policy design sign-off, pilot group selection, rollback and communications plan.
• Weeks 2-3 - Conditional Access rollout: policies deployed in report-only mode, impact analysis against real sign-in data, staged tightening.
• Week 4 - Privileged access: PIM activation with approval workflows and alerting, access reviews configured for privileged roles and guests.
• Week 5 - Governance and passwordless: lifecycle workflow for one HR-driven scenario, break-glass accounts with monitoring, passwordless pilot group enrolled.
• Week 6 - Enforcement and handover: policy enforcement cutover, as-built documentation, two knowledge-transfer workshops.

The listed price is a starting estimate for a single-tenant, cloud-first environment. The final fee is driven by tenant size, hybrid Active Directory complexity, current license position, and the number of workload identities in scope. You receive a fixed-price statement of work before any work begins.
