OpenEduCat Usage:

Activate virtual environment: 
$ sudo su
$ cd /opt/odoo
$ source venv/bin/activate
#Start OpenEducat: $ python3 odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo.conf

# Open OpenEduCat UI: $ http://your-server-ip:8069
