Avanade PlatformX is a monitoring, automation, and service experience platform.
PlatformX is an Azure managed application that gives Avanade the ability to easily monitor resource usage, direct operator workflow, automate tasks, and provide clients with service analytics.

Service Transparency: displays to client service stakeholders' key governance metrics at the system, operations, application, and business process levels.
