Customer service reps, sales staff, and business development employees in construction materials spend a large amount of their time dealing with customer questions, requests for recommendation, and requests for quotes, among other customer queries that require specialized attention. This results in delayed responses and sometimes the overwhelming amount of communication results in inaccurate responses. We use generative AI to analyze the incoming requests, match them against inventories and knowledge bases, and draft responses for the customer facing staff so that they can focus more energy on the relationship building by responding quickly and accurately.
