LRS/Gateway acts as an application gateway between LRS components. One function is to act as an OIDC provider, and an intermediary to authenticators like Microsoft Entra ID.

By default, LRS/Gateway works with Microsoft Entra ID. To get started, sign up for LRS/Gateway using an account in your instance of Microsoft Entra ID.

* Enterprise Single Sign-On - Microsoft Entra ID supports rich enterprise-class single sign-on with LRS/Gateway out of the box. Users sign in using their organizational accounts hosted in Active Directory.

* Easy Configuration - Microsoft Entra ID provides a simple step-by-step user interface for connecting LRS/Gateway to Microsoft Entra ID.
