• Observability and Monitoring of Azure resources using Azure-native monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Alert triage, notification, and escalation based on agreed response processes.
• Basic service health tracking for availability, capacity, and operational events.

3. Governance, Security & Cost Visibility

• Basic Azure governance support, including policy awareness, tagging review, and subscription-level recommendations.
• Security posture review with recommendations for identity, access, and platform configuration improvements.
• Monthly Azure consumption review with high-level cost trends and optimization opportunities.
• Backup monitoring and reporting for agreed workloads and services.

Enhanced Managed Services Offering
Hexaware Azure Managed Services - Enhanced provides proactive and advanced Azure cloud operations for complex or business-critical environments.
1. Proactive Monitoring & Predictive Operations

• Event correlation, alert suppression, and predictive analytics to reduce alert noise and detect potential incidents early.
• Continuous tuning of alert rules, thresholds, and action groups aligned to business priorities and service objectives.
• Uses Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Alerts, ELK stack, and Hexaware proprietary accelerators such as Tensai Ops-Insight and Reasoning Ops tool such as Sensai.
• Delivers operational dashboards, triage runbooks, predictive signals, and periodic improvement reports.

2. FinOps as a service

• Structured FinOps assessment covering discovery, benchmarking, right-sizing, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Recommendations across compute, storage, networking, PaaS services, reservations, savings plans, and governance controls.
• Uses Azure Cost Management and partner tools such as Finout and Mavvrik, where applicable.

3. Automation & Lifecycle Management

• Infrastructure lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code for provisioning, configuration, and repeatable changes.
• Automation of routine operations and standard changes to improve speed, consistency, and control.
• Uses Azure Resource Manager templates and Terraform for multi-environment deployment and drift control.
