Features

Single Click Payroll: Full-time & Part-time employee payroll processing. Salary calculations, deductions, commissions, Provident fund, etc.

Allowances & Deductions: Default, leaves, termination, retirement, bonuses, traveling allowance, commission and ad hoc allowances and deduction calculations.

Payroll Attendance: Calculation of Payroll based on attendance and time worked.

Loan Management: Accounting for loan and automatically creating a payout structure.

Overtime Management: Automatic calculation of overtime for exempt and non-exempt employees. Promotion and salary increments, splitting of the pay-scale and options to back-date transactions for overtime.

Multi-country payroll configuration: Payroll setup for multiple countries with different currencies. Includes currency converter, payroll scheduling, time mapping and more. Removes the need for local in-country payroll administration. It contains local tax support with complete reporting. Includes back-dated payment as well.

Tax Calculations: Create and manage Tax Authorities and Tax Tables by Authority, process Tax calculations as per income Tax Law, make Tax adjustment, manage Tax Rebates based on investment in Mutual Fund/other funds/Life Insurance Premium and calculate other tax deduction on cash withdrawal and utility bills.

Data import/export functionality: Reduced system import (16) entities for the payroll data into 3 entities. Company-specific data import and export restrictions.

The solution is also customizable as per the requirement of the client or the Tax/labor laws of the country. This solution is also fully integrated with D365, Talent, HR, T&A devices and other 3 party software.
