(1 التقييمات)

Data#3’s Azure Managed Service removes the operational burden of supporting and operating Azure services. This allows operations teams to focus on higher value tasks and support business transformation and growth.

Data#3 is a leading Microsoft Azure Managed Services Provider, offering end-to-end solutions to help organizations secure, optimize, and scale their cloud environments.

Why Data#3?

  • In trusting your Azure cloud estate operational management to Data#3, you are selecting one of the largest and experienced Azure partners in Australia, who are audited on-shore for their Azure expertise and certification.
  • Data#3 is a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) and achieves an average of 4.7/5.0 for Managed Services customer satisfaction.
  • Data#3 is trusted by Federal, State & Local Government, and Large and Small Corporates across all sectors in Australia and the Pacific Islands. In choosing Data#3, you gain a trusted Managed Service provider who not only supports your Azure platform but actively drives its success.
  • Data#3’s Azure Managed Services are delivered through a dedicated Azure Cloud Engineering operating model, providing continuous operational management rather than discrete, time‑bound activities. Under this model, Data#3 assumes responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation, optimisation, and governance of the Customer’s Azure environment, including monitoring, incident management, remediation, and ongoing improvement.
  • Services are delivered within the defined Azure Managed Services scope, aligned to the Customer’s Azure subscription boundary and governed change processes, and are subject to the Managed Services Agreement. This operating model is designed to provide comprehensive, scalable cloud engineering capability without reliance on individual resources, while ensuring control, transparency, and alignment to agreed service governance.

The Azure Managed Service helps to obtain:

  • Higher service availability and faster recovery from issues through 24×7 monitoring, alert response/investigation, and structured escalation/major incident management. This will reduce unplanned downtime and business disruption
  • Clear operational visibility and governance with standard dashboards plus consolidated reporting via the MyD3 portal and quarterly health checks. This will provide visibility and support continual service improvement
  • Improved performance and user experience by continuously monitoring the Azure service layer and proactively implementing monthly performance optimisation recommendations using Azure Advisor and Data#3 tooling
  • Greater resilience and business continuity readiness via 24×7 incident response and tailored BCDR recommendations aligned to the customer’s Azure configuration. This reduces risk from outages and critical failures
  • Optimised, more predictable cloud spend through spend monitoring/alerts, budget & forecast controls, chargeback tagging (on request), quarterly cost recommendations, and ongoing cost optimisation remediation (e.g., right-sizing, auto-scaling tuning, savings plans, removing unused resources)
  • Stronger security posture and policy compliance by managing Microsoft Entra ID identities and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), enforcing secure-by-default operations with Azure Policy (including “deny” controls via change), proactively improving Secure Score, and enabling ongoing Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) policy initiative compliance uplift
