AFRIBIT delivers a modern, branded intranet experience on Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online with optional custom SPFx web parts and a custom Copilot Studio agent (agentic AI). The solution helps employees quickly find policies, forms, news, documents, and support resources while reducing repetitive HR/IT queries.

• Optional integrations depending on scope (Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 connectors, Power Automate actions)

Customer responsibilities

• Provide Microsoft 365 tenant access (appropriate admin roles)
• Confirm content owners, approval flow, and governance rules
• Provide branding assets (logo, colours, fonts)
• Provide source content (policies, forms, FAQs, links, legacy content locations)

Requirements / licensing

• Microsoft 365 tenant with SharePoint Online (and Teams if using Teams deployment)
• Copilot Studio licensing for the custom agent (if included)
• Optional: Power Platform licensing if workflows/apps are included
• Optional: additional security/compliance configuration depending on your environment

Security & privacy The solution follows least-privilege access, uses Microsoft 365 security groups/permissions, and limits the agent to approved knowledge sources. Data access and retention remain within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, subject to the customer’s configuration and licensing.

Support Post-deployment support and enhancement options are available (hours-based or managed service), depending on your preferred operating model.
